School Food FOCUS is a national initiative designed to enable urban school districts to transform the quality of food served at school.  FOCUS school districts, together with community partners – farmers, food industry, government and non-governmental organizations, universities, etc. – will participate in a collaborative learning laboratory that provides access to tools, models and recent research, facilitates in-depth networking and engages school districts in the national conversation about the nutritional and broader food system aspects of food served in schools and the policy opportunities this presents.    (more)
